How quickly will I see results?

Most customers notice visible depuffing and improved skin tone after their very first session — the lymphatic drainage effect is immediate. Muscle toning and lifting builds progressively with consistent use. You should expect to see meaningful improvement in jawline definition and skin firmness within 4–8 weeks of daily use.

How is this different from a gua sha or face roller?

Gua sha and facial rollers work mechanically on the surface of the skin — they're great for circulation and product absorption, but they don't directly target the muscles underneath. Microcurrent works at a deeper level, sending gentle electrical impulses into your facial muscles to re-educate and lift them. Think of it as the difference between a massage and exercise — both feel good, but only one builds lasting strength.

Is it safe for sensitive skin?

Yes. The Rivela Pro Lift is suitable for all skin types. The current is sub-sensory — you won't feel it — and the device is CE certified. However, it is not suitable for use during pregnancy, if you have a pacemaker or any other active implanted medical device, or over areas of active acne. If you have epilepsy, please consult your GP before use.

Do I need to use the conductive gel?

Yes — the gel is essential. It creates the conductive connection between the device and your skin that allows the microcurrent to work properly. Using the device without gel (or with a substitute) significantly reduces efficacy and can cause discomfort. Your device comes with 30ml of gel (approximately 30 sessions). Refill gel is available in our store.

Can I use it with my existing skincare?

Yes. We recommend using the Rivela Pro Lift on clean skin with the conductive gel, then applying your serum or moisturiser afterwards. The microcurrent treatment enhances product absorption, so your skincare will work harder when applied immediately after your session.

How often should I use it?

For best results, use the Rivela Pro Lift 5 days per week. Consistency is key — microcurrent results are cumulative, similar to exercise. A 5–10 minute daily session is more effective than an occasional longer session.

How long does the battery last?

The Rivela Pro Lift charges via USB-C and provides up to 90 days of use per full charge (based on 10-minute daily sessions). A full charge takes approximately 90 minutes.

Can I use it on my neck?

Yes — the neck and décolletage respond particularly well to microcurrent. Use slow, upward strokes from collar bone to jawline.

What is your returns policy?
