30-Day Returns Policy

We want you to love your Rivela Pro Lift. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer a straightforward 30-day return policy.

How to return an item

  1. Contact us at hello@rivela.co.uk within 30 days of receiving your order.
  2. Include your order number and the reason for your return.
  3. We will email you a return authorisation and instructions within 1 business day.
  4. Return the item in its original packaging. We recommend using a tracked service.
  5. Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund will be processed within 5 business days to your original payment method.

Conditions

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • The device must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories included.
  • We reserve the right to refuse a return if the device shows signs of damage caused by misuse.
  • Conductive gel refills are non-returnable once opened for hygiene reasons.

Faulty or damaged items

If your device arrives damaged or develops a fault within the warranty period, we will replace or refund it at no cost to you. Please contact us immediately with photos of the damage and your order number.

Your statutory rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. As a UK consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt for any reason (the "cooling off period") and receive a full refund.
