Terms of Service

These terms apply to purchases from Rivela ("we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to these terms. Nothing in them affects your statutory rights as a UK consumer.

Orders & payment

All prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable. An order is accepted when we send your dispatch confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order, for example where stock or pricing errors occur.

Delivery

Delivery timescales are estimates, set out in our Shipping Policy. Risk in the products passes to you on delivery.

Returns & cancellation

You may cancel your order within 14 days of receipt under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, and we additionally offer 30-day returns as set out in our Refund Policy.

Product use & safety

The Rivela Pro Lift is a cosmetic beauty device, not a medical device. It is not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any condition. Do not use during pregnancy, with a pacemaker or other implanted electronic device, or over broken skin. Consult a doctor before use if you have a medical condition. Always follow the included instructions.

Warranty

Your device is covered by a 12-month warranty against manufacturing faults, in addition to your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Liability

We do not exclude liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence. Otherwise our liability is limited to the price paid for the products.
